Do widgets suffice for ADA compliance?

Hi

 I have a question that I haven't been to find an answer for
Do the widget devices, ie User way, Accesserbie, that produce templates in
lieu of code changes, suffice for the status of ADA compliance, preventing
a lawsuit?
