Feedback on WCAG QuickRef

Hi,

I love the WCAG Quick Reference<https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/quickref/>!!!

Today, I discovered that the "full description" of 1.4.13 Content on Hover or Focus in the QuickRef does not include the SC's exception documented in the normative language<https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/#content-on-hover-or-focus>.

Here is the content I expected to find in the QuickRef: "Exception: The visual presentation of the additional content is controlled by the user agent and is not modified by the author."

Was this an intentional decision? If not, would you consider adding this update to your backlog?
