Hello Shawn and cc,
I have requested some information regarding sign language.
Pilar Orero (leader of European Projects in our research group - in copy) has send it to me.
I attach a document that was delivered for a H2020 EU project regarding sign language for HbbTV that may help. It is very well structure and very illustrative as well. I think in most cases can also apply to web for recorded media, but I don't know in how much detail do you want to cover the sign language section.
I will look for further information regarding Media Players.
Best regards,
Estel·la

Tema: Media Resource Survey comment replies
Hi Sylvie, Vicki, Estel·la, Jennifer, Lewis, and Brent,
Thank you so very much for reviewing the June draft of "Making Audio and Video Media Accessible" and for your helpful input.
I have addressed all of your comments on most of the pages. I still need to work on the Sign Languages and Media Player pages.
The significant changes are listed here:
https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Accessible_Media_Resource#Changes_19_June_-_early_July_2019
The attached file has my replies to your suggestions preceded with "SLH:".
We'll send an e-mail to the EOWG list when the rest of it is ready for review.
Best,
~Shawn
