Hi Denis, Thank you for this comment, I logged it as issue #78: - https://github.com/w3c/wai-statements/issues/78 Just to make sure I fully understand your comment, though: we already have "Typical duration for response" in the "Basic information" part of the form, and "Formal complaints" in the "Approval and complaints" part. In addition to those, you seem to be asking for something on the first "guidance" page rather than on the "form" page? Please clarify. Independently of that, it seems your are speaking more about "how to react to feedback" rather than "developing an accessibility statement"? I don't disagree with your point but wonder about scope creeping...
