Contacting Organizations about Inaccessible Websites

Hi All - I have a suggestion for this content:

If you cannot find contacts on the website, other places to look include:

telephone directory
local library and librarian
local business directory
public companies register
Suggested addition is a new (first) bullet saying: Use a search engine (like Google) and search for the name of the organization with the phrase “contact information” or the name of the organization and the words “phone number"

Reason for suggestion: search engines often work better than search function on a website. (And google is everyone’s home page!).

Also - I don’t know what a public company register is so you might want to clarify that. And local business directory - is there still such a thing?

Thanks for all your work on this - Such an enormous improvement. Looks great and I’ll send other things as I notice them.
