[Style Guide] Disability Language Style Guide

I was unsure if I could just edit the [Style 
Guide](https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Style), so here’s my comment via 
email:

I found this [Disability Language Style 
Guide](http://ncdj.org/style-guide/) from the National Center on 
Disability and Journalism at Arizona State University. It could be 
useful to add to our style guide as a reference as it nicely outlines 
how to write appropriately about different disabilities.
