I'm writing in regard to a question I have about the How to Meet WCAG 2.0 QuickRef <https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/quickref/>. I notice the developer has chosen not to use the ARIA Tabbed Interface pattern <https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-practices-1.1/#tabpanel> specified in the ARIA Authoring Practices <https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-practices-1.1>. I understand the arguments for why one might choose not to go this route, but wouldn't it be more semantically correct to make the tabs buttons at least, on the general principle that "buttons do things" (in this case trigger a disclosure), while "links go places"? Is there a reason for using anchor tags here, instead?
