<https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Style#General_approach> seems unnecessarily long (and is not in active voice :). Are you comfortable deleting that whole section and have it covered by: "Avoid "wall of text', that is, dense paragraphs without anything breaking them up. Use bullets, graphics, and headings." under <https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Style#Plain_language> ?
