Hi all, At the face-to-face, we looked at the top tasks survey results, and James had an idea off the top of his head for categorizing them, which we promptly wrote down. :) We later re-ordered to: Understand, Advocate, Implement, Participate. We did a pass at a card sort under those 4 categories. We did *some* grouping under those categories, but *did not* do much for sub-headings or organization. We didn't have time to discuss much at all. NOTE these are not decided, definitive, or maybe not even recommended, just one data point to factor into the mix.
