Hi all, One thing to keep in mind for *before and after launch* decisions: If all goes as hoped with our outreach and promotion, we will get gazillions of hits right after we launch and through GAAD on Thursday. This puts a little more pressure on. :-/ We want to announce *before* GAAD so people will hopefully use &/or promote the videos in their GAAD sessions. However, I think if we need to push from Tuesday to Wednesday that would be acceptable. Input welcome. /me goes back to packing... ~Shawn
