I'm fine with Options 1 or 2, or other that includes "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines" written out and a link. Note the link is to the Overview page, not the /TR/ page -- so it's a little better if "Overview" is included in the link. I had thought of:

*  Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (_WCAG Overview_)

That might be my preference so the link text is shorter and less cluttering.

I prefer Option 1. I think we want UAAG for Customizable Text because it is *highly* relevant for that point, and WCAG is known *weak* on that point for now. I do *not* think we should add UAAG to most other topics (even in the future) -- only if there are other cases such as this.

I think it is fine as is. The nested lists make it clear. Yeah there's a lot there -- but it's well  organized and labelled.
