I think we should have something for a transition to websites and apps in there, but I don’t feel strongly.
What about the following to have it more integrated:
„For websites and apps, sufficient contrast between foreground and background colors is one of the cornerstones for good design.“
This also helps to avoid the absolute: Good design = sufficient contrast. In some situations little contrast might be good design as well.
