Submission of widget to Accessible Components List

Eric,

I tried to submit the Skip widget that was posted a few years ago byt the
PayPal accessibility team.  However, there was a problem in that I did not
seem to be able to add PayPal as a vendor during the submission process.
If there is another way to add a vendor so that it is on the select menu,
it was not clear to me...please advise.
