Accessibility, Usability, & Inclusion resource

Hi Shawn,

As we discussed earlier about this resource, you mentioned that you were
going to make a few more tweaks to the document before we bring it to the
larger group in the Weekly Survey. Here are a few areas that I had comments
on that you could try to clean up a bit before we go to survey. Thank you
for working these in.

Key: Additions in [brackets], deletions in Red. (Let me know if the Red is
an issue. I don't have strikethrough text available in gmail.)

Introduction

   - [medium] Are Accessibility, usability, and inclusion "activities"?
That word just does not seem right. Maybe "strategies," "terms" or
   "principles" would work better.
   - [medium] "However, [in most cases] they are more effectively..."

Background

   - [medium] " Yet [But] in some cases, such as..."
   - [medium] "[During development] there is a need for expertise within [to
represent] the different user groups, and a need for such experts to
work together." (or some other wording. Making the connection of what the
   expertise is needed for.

Understanding Accessibility

   - [high] Assuming the "intro to web a11y" link will work when the
resource is published. Currently link is broken.

Understanding Inclusion

   - [low] " As well as [In addition to] people with disabilities, this
also includes people with low computer skills, literacy, or not fluent
in the language, and people with low bandwidth connections or using older
   technologies."

Accessible Design

   - Second sentence is awkward. Uses "supported" and "support"
   redundantly. Need revision.

Usable Accessibility

   - [high] "In reality[,] both technical standards and input..."
   - [high] Opening paragraph talks about UCD process. Is there a link or
reference that can be used to help developers who are not familiar with
that go deeper on the subject?

Real People

   - [high] Broken links - "how people with disabilities use the Web",
"people with disabilities are involved", "early in the design process", and
   "in web accessibility evaluations."
