Another problem on the WCAG 1.0 vs 2.0 comparison page

To whom it may concern,
Again, a mismatch: checkpoint 4.1 is mentioned twice in the comparison
table, and is at all times associated with succes criterion 3.1.2
Language of parts. Again, if I am mistaken, be as kind as to explain me
how.
I apologize for sending more than one mail, but I hadn't noticed this
repetition before.
