Tools List -- Feature Request: Filter by date added

I would say that this would be the least important of my suggestions.

To be clear, I don't mean "date submitted;" I mean "date added."

When I came back to check on what was in the database yesterday, I 
would have liked to have just seen a list of what had been added most 
recently, since I last visited.

I can also see cases where it might be helpful to vendors, especially 
in the bigger companies, where people might want to check to see if a 
new tool  had been added.
