Tips for Page title - Easy Checks

Dear Education and Outreach Working Group,

Thank you so much for documenting a helpful and useful document.

[Rough Draft] Easy Checks - A First Review of Web Accessibility
http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/eval/checks

I'd like to suggest a change to "Tips" for "Page title".

"Better page titles" reads:
 - About Acme Web Solutions
 - Contact Acme Web Solutions
 - History of Acme Web Solutions

I'd like to change these examples to:
 - About - Acme Web Solutions
 - Contact - Acme Web Solutions
 - History - Acme Web Solutions

Because the current examples don't work for Japanese web pages due to
the the order of words in Japanese. I agree with you that "A common
mistake is to put the website name first and then the specific page
title".

However the order of words could differ according to the language the
web content uses. For instance, the order of the third one, "History
of Acme Web Solutions". In Japanese, we can't do this way.

So I'd like to change it to "History - Acme Web Solutions". By doing
this way, we could recommend a page title which "puts the specific
page title first and then the website name" to any languages.

The point is that the recommended page title would be "specific page
title + website name". And we need to apply this general rule to any
languages.
