When  considering the current draft of How People with Disabilities 
Use the Web at:

    * http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/PWD-Use-Web/
    * I believe that it would be beneficial to add a new persona 
related to "wounded warriors" who need to use the Web. It may 
alternatively be possible to adapt one of the existing personas.
    * My thinking is that those in their late teens to mid-20s (and 
perhaps a bit older) are increasingly and particularly aware of 
friends, relatives, etc. who have been injured in recent wars. As a 
result, having a representation like this could prove especially 
compelling to this group as they work on the Web professionally, or 
contribute to Web sites as a hobby.
