1.  It outlines individual presentation topics, and outlines example 
presentations and
a workshop that use these topics.

If this is left as is, delete the comma before the "and"

or add an "it," i.e. "and it outlines," so that what comes after the 
comma will be a full sentence.

1.1.  Suggest revising to:

It outlines individual presentation topics and  offers example 
presentations and a workshop that use these topics.

2.  Presenters and trainers can use or adapt any of
these, to better meet their specific audience and goals.

Suggest:
Presenters and trainers are encouraged to adapt any of these 
documents  to better meet their specific audiences' needs and goals.
