Accessible presentations

Just a couple of comments:						

> Arrange for good Internet connection when needed.
On long meetings electricity is important as well because battery time
on laptops do not usually last for more than 2-4 hours.This could be
mentioned in this point or in a separate point.

> HTML material should meet WCAG 2.0, at least Level AA.
I do agree, but one of the most promoted aspects with wcag 2 is that the
guidelines are (at least" more technology independent. Therefore pdf
etc. should also meet relevant wcag 2.0 success criterias (structure,
contrast, use of colors, ...). Most of these criterias are perhaps
mentioned under other headings.

> Caption audio, or otherwise make it available.
Audio description could also have been mentioned in this (or in a
separate) point. Indirectly this is mentioned in: " Describe pertinent
parts of graphics, videos, and other visuals.", but this is not too
clear?
