Good afternoon, Earlier this month, I blogged about your new resource - Contacting Organisations About Inaccessible Websites. In my post, I explained why I felt that contacting organisations to give positive feedback was perhaps the most important piece of advice included in the resource. http://tink.co.uk/2010/01/contacting-organisations-about-inaccessible-websites/ I really wanted to emphasise this point, and thought I'd follow up with an email to the editorial team. Inspiring people through positive encouragement has long been an established approach. Dale Carnegie uses it as one of the cornerstones of his seminal work - How To Win Friends and Influence People, and it has stood the test of time. Although there is undoubtedly a time and place for criticism, and even for legal activity, that shouldn't be the whole story. That's why I was so delighted to see that you'd included the advice about positive feedback in your information. Thank you.
