Hello, I read with interest the draft - Contacting Organisations about Inaccessible Websites just now and hope I am not too late to provide feedback? I think this is a good clear approach, not too overburdened with text and not with hostile overtones. Great! The only thing I would suggest is in the 'Further Action to consider' section I think it would be sensible to provide a numeric list of actions to consider, and I suggest that 'contacting a senior person in the organisation' would be preferable before blogging about an inaccessible site. Many organisations PR and Media departments use google alerts to identify how their organisation is being talked about, so blogging prior to talking may be less effective. Hope this is of help.
