Good morning, I've just taken a look at the updated draft of Contacting Organisations About Inaccessible Websites. I'm really pleased to see that a stronger emphasis has been placed on the value of positive feedback. Overall the document seems to flow well. I think that it offers just the right level of support and guidance all the way through. Great work! The only thing I noticed is a (very minor) typo. In the Consider Your Approach section, you'll find the following phrase: "Often is is best when..." There's a double "is" in there, when I'm guessing it should be: "Often it is best when..."
