Inaccessibility of CAPTCHA

We have had a great success using a php cookie that contains the time of the page visit and not allowing the form to be sent until this time plus a couple of seconds has been reached. It assumes the bot is sending the spam instantly, whereas a normal user will take a few seconds. This is also very accessible as there are no questions.
