The MWBP document is now published as a W3C Recommendation and so whether we like it or not, the best practices "handles" are in all caps. See <http://www.w3.org/TR/mobile-bp/summary>

The question is whether to:
1. Use consistent capitalization within the Experiences doc, which means conflicting with the source info/doc; OR
2. Match the capitalization of the source doc

Give that the text is _directly from the source doc_ and links to the source doc, I think we should stick with the capitalization of the source doc, even though that means it's inconsistent in the Experiences doc.

Lisa, take a look at where the links go (MWBP source doc) and see what you think...
