hello, 1. One typo in abstract : This docuent instead of this document 2. In introdution : "By the 2006 in addition to online services ...", isn't a word missing? 3; Further in introduction : "documenting the essential requirements for Web content to be accessibility to people with disabilities." don't you mean "to be [accessible] and not accessibility? 4. "This issue in compounding because the world’s population ..." is a word missing? 5. In How older adults use the Web : word used twice : "Fox (2004) found that that older USA Web users do product research..." delete one "that". Best Sylvie
