[Fwd: inquiry: Complete List of Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools]

Hi,

Recording for future improvements:

The "Content last updated" date on the tools list seems a little
misleading as it is static, and doesn't reflect the actual changes
*within* the database. Potential solutions of the top of my head:

- change the date on all DB pages each time an entry is modified/added
- add another date stamp like "database content last updated ..."
- add a new "highlights"-like section with the most recent changes

I personally like the last option most as it brings the database to life
and demonstrates the activity behind the scene. The information could be
pulled directly from the RSS like this:

- New Entry: <a href="complete.html#tool">tool name</a>
- Updated Entry: <a href="complete.html#tool">tool name</a>
....

Regards,
   Shadi

aloha, shadi!

i'm emailing you to inquire if you are still the maintainer of the ERT
Tools resource located at:

http://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/tools/

you are listed as the resource's maintainer, but the date-stamp
indicates that it hasn't been modified since 17 march 2006 -- if you no
longer maintain this resource, could you please let me know who does and
forward this inquiry to the proper person?
