broken links on Policies Relating to Web Accessibility page

aloha -- there are at least 2 sets of problems with the page located at:

1. the URI for the Office of the e-Envoy (which no longer exists)

has been replaced with:

note that whilst the Office of the e-Envoy page still exists,
it is no longer maintained, nor pertinent, and has been
replaced by the cabinetoffice.gov.uk/e-government URI.

2. ALL of the EU links in the unordered list under the
"Relevant Documents" section for the EU, lead to "Not Found"
errors - apparently the europa site has been reorganized, and a quick search of the europa site didn't turn up anything that would assist you, but since WAI is partially supported by the EU, i suppose it would be far easier for you to find the re-indexed documents referenced on the Policies Relating to Web Accessibility page...

i would also recommend adding the following to the EU links:

(note: these are long URIs, so i have enclosed them in brackets, in case they wrap)

i wish i could be of more immediate assistance, but i am trying to convince a professor at the university of houston, who has received a grant from the national archives in london to put over 300 years of manuscripts (mostly relating to law, ironically) online as over 400,000 digitalized images without textual alternatives slash equivalents, that it IS possible - and ESSENTIAL - that such a comprehensive archive MUST be made available to all, and am trying to use both ethical and legal arguments to do so...

thank you,
gregory j. rosmaita
