This is on the wish-list. The "Selecting Tools" document will be updated accordingly, then cross-links will be added to provide an explanation of the criteria.

This was discussed but rejected at the face-to-face meetings. The reason was it confuses the expected flow because it is not a logical order.

CMS *are* authoring tools. Once an evaluation tool is entered that supports a specific CMS, it will be added (like "DreamWeaver" etc).

The "real-time" check is however a feature specific to the authoring tool (CMS) and hence out of scope of this list.
