Comments (or a URI pointing to your comments): Hi Judy, Pr. list for next verion Location: Identification of external expertise current wording: As it comes to the evaluation of web sites I think our documents are most of the time describing the situation in the USA, followed by some advise on how to act or react in the described situation. E.g. the phrase in this document: "Once gaps in internal expertise are clear, an organization can prioritize its needs for external expertise. The internal gaps are often in areas of knowledge specific to disability and/or accessibility" This description considers the third party evaluation as somthing you can do when eventually you can't manage it your self. But why not as a first option?
