Perhaps the following tweaks would increase readability and better match wording elsewhere:

Overall, much better. Suggest changing "... described in the overview." to "...  described in Before and After Demonstration: Overview." or "... described in the BAD Overview."

Now that it's not so "obnoxious", I think it might be smoother just to include the whole copyright notice, rather than pointing to it.

*Much* nicer... although, I think the color contrast might not be sufficient -- it's a bit hard for me even. Possibly making bold would do the trick? Or, might need a lighter color down there.
