Actually there was a comment (I believe from Andrew) that the "Evaluation report:" part clarifies that the link takes you to a specific sub-section of the evaluation report.

Done (added to the changelog). Here are some rough suggestions:

* "- see <a>Page Structure section of the Evaluation Report</a>"
* "- see <a>Page Structure in the Evaluation Report</a>"
* "- see <a>Page Structure (in the Evaluation Report)</a>"
* "- see <a>Page Structure <icon representing eval report></a>"
* "- see <a><icon representing eval report> Page Structure</a>"

Could also try these options without "see" but I think it gives an important "the is more information available" hint.
