Making our site qualify for a WAI AAA rating

Hello

My name is Donald Croswell and I am a web developer in Sydney working for the Teachers Credit Union.

We are very interested in making sure our site Accessible for all users and wanted to obtain some sort of level to demonstrate to our users that we are committed to this end.

Can you give me some idea of how to qualify for a WAI AAA rating? I have gotten my pages to validate using a cut and paste method but can't seem to get the page to validate with a URL.

Will this affect me getting a AAA rating? Any help or advise you could give me on how to improve the site would be most welcome.
