tools search description on "Evaluating Web Sites" overview page

Hi,

Ref: <http://www.w3.org/WAI/eval/Overview>

Proposal:
Replace the link text "Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools List Search" with "Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools Search" or just "Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools".

Rationale:
It is easier to read *and* we had decided to drop the term "list" from the titles of the "Tools Search" pages (it only appear in some of the text instead of the term "database"). The link text currently doesn't match the actual document title.

Regards,
  Shadi
