Broken link in a page

Hi,
I have stumbled on a broken link in the page
"Quick Tips to Make Accessible Web Sites"
http://www.w3.org/WAI/References/QuickTips/Overview.php

In the introduction the link to "WCAG Overview" (the second link of the paragraph) is http://www.w3.org/wcag instead of the correct one, http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/wcag.php
