Whilst reviewing the guidelines outlined in the WCAG 2.0 checklist I have noticed in guideline 1.4 concerning distinguishing foreground information from background images and sounds that points 1.4.1 and 1.4.3 are virtually the same apart from the luminousity contrast ratios - 1.4.1 being 5:1 and 1.4.3 being 10:1. Could you please clarify if this is correct or an error. If it is correct, could you then provide a clearer wording for the success criteria for these points. Thank you.
