The language is simple enough; the ideas are direct enough, but there is a lot of material without concrete detail. I don’t really know how to fix it, but given the primary audience it might not be important. --------------------------------- Social Factors page ---- Comments (or a URI pointing to your comments): It is the right thing. Regarding social factors, I think this stands out most and should be listed. --------------------------------- Technical Factors page ---- Comments (or a URI pointing to your comments): Good. --------------------------------- Financial Factors page ---- Comments (or a URI pointing to your comments): This is perhaps dishonest. There are significant costs associated with converstion. Maybe some suggestion of honesty regarding costs. --------------------------------- Legal and Policy Factors page ---- Comments (or a URI pointing to your comments): Good. --------------------------------- General comments on the resource suite as a whole ---- Comments (or a URI pointing to your comments): Very important. Release with it even if it is not perfect. If obvious quick imporvements appear, then make them. Othrwise, release the entier suite as is. It is very good.
