In the document 'Evaluating Web Sites for Accessibility ' http://www.w3.org/WAI/eval/ The text says: 'experienced users of screen readers may substitute a screen reader for a voice or text browser, but if blind, may need a sighted partner .....' I think that this should read 'experienced users of screen readers may substitute a screen reader for a voice or text browser.
