Re: Call for Consensus - Name Change User Agent Reference document

I'm fine with the change.

However, the subtitle "Explanations, Examples, and Resources" is only slightly different than the current subheadings for each success criterion, which are "*Intent*", "Examples", and "Resources". Should we change the "Intent" subheadings to "Explanation", to match the subtitle?
