Should we maintain a list of user agents in the Wiki or on GitHub? Many are listed on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_web_browsers), but most of the recent ones like these, Mercury, Aviator, Escudo, and others we've discussed are not. It might be good to have them listed in a table with (at minimum) columns for organization, platform(s), rendering engine, URL, email address, and comments. One could then sort or filter the table using GitHub's tools or a browser extension such as TableTools2, copy and paste it into a spreadsheet, etc. -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Some new mobile browsers From: Jeanne Spellman <jeanne@w3.org> To: UAWG <w3c-wai-ua@w3.org> Date: 5/2/2014 7:12 AM > These new browsers were mentioned in the Mobile Accessibility Task Force call today, and I thought some of the group would be interested in checking them out. The are both for Windows Phone: > > Surfy (which has some voicing features) > http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/surfy/a5820177-5118-4f34-b8c1-6715289fc321 > > UC Browser > http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/uc-browser/6cda5651-56b9-48b0-8771-91dbc188f873 >
