Unused focus-related terms

Hi Jeanne,

The following focus-related terms are only used the glossary and can be moved to a new section for currently unused glossary entries, and removing them won't disrupt any entries that remain (other than the heading for "Focus", as noted below):

  * Active Input Focus
  * Active Selection
  * Inactive Input Focus
  * Inactive Selection
  * Inactive Input Focus
  * Inactive Selection
  * Pointing Device Focus
  * Split Focus

Currently only four of these entries are marked with @@. Almost all of those have two glossary entries, one in proper alphabetical position which says merely "see Focus", and the other following the entry for Focus.

Most or all of them are referenced in the glossary heading for Focus, but not the actual definition for that term; I think we can define them in passing in the entry for focus if we feel it necessary without actually giving them their own glossary entries. (The Focus entry still needs to be fleshed out; Kim and I worked on the SC that use it, but we might not have submitted the final, revised definition at that time. It also shouldn't interrupt the DL.)

(By the way, the definition of Pointing Device Focus is wrong on several levels. For example, it should not be "*a* viewport is active" because that's far too global a statement; it means "*the* viewport is active", but even that fails to address the fact that on some systems one window may be active for keyboard input but another for mouse input. )

One other note: the term "input device focus" occurs in 4.1.6.i but not in the glossary; to avoid needing a definition it could be changed to "focus for each input device".

     Thanks,
     Greg
