Some experiments in mobile accessibility for low vision

As part of drafting the use cases, Jim and I discussed how platform
affects the mobile app. We have been discussing iOS having a zoom
feature, when it actually only has zoom in web browsing, and not in apps
unless the app developer made it that way.

That sent me looking at increasing font sizes in the platform settings.
With the cooperation of my husband (owner of an Android and a business
Blackberry), we did a comparison of apps that supported the large font
settings.
