Here is a link to the latest charter. http://www.w3.org/WAI/UA/2013/draft_uawg_charter.html Here is how I figured out the new timelines: 2 day F2F meeting = 16 hours 3 day F2F = 24 hours we average 3.75 meetings per month = 5.6 hours a month of teleconference time We discussed in the meeting of 2 May 2013 that we also had to factor in that we have additional writing time at meetings that are done in the meeting rather than done outside a meeting in the weekly call. This is difficult to factor, but we made an estimate that a 3 day F2F is the equivalent of 3 months of teleconferences. If we have a 3 day F2F in July that is focused on UAAG Testing, that will reduce the timeline to CR by 3 months. (Originally we calculated 22 months from Last Call to CR.) If we have a 2 day F2F in November (TPAC) that focuses on answering Last Call comments, that will reduce the timeline to CR by 2 months. If we have a 3 day F2F in Feb-Mar 2014, that will reduce the timeline to CR by 3 months. If we have 3 day F2F in June 2014, that will reduce the timeline to CR by 3 months, giving us a CR in June 2014. July 2013 -> May 2015 = 22 months July 2013 -> June 2014 = 11 months Date math is one of my weakest areas, so please give my numbers a sanity check. :D jeanne
