Suggest adding/clarifying  phrase to final sentence of the first paragraph of the intent explaining which users instead of saying just some users.

The second paragraph of the intent seems more like an example or another SC.  The paragraph states:
Users could have the option to have non-transparent backgrounds of a
solid color of their choice drawn behind text, rather than turning off
background images.


2. ACTION-503 - 2.9.2 Time-Based Media Load-Only

The part of the intent that starts with :"for example" seems like an example to me not intent.

3. Intent of Success Criterion 1.4.1
*Accept the proposal
Awkward wording in first sentence.

Users need to able to access a wide range of font sizes, styles, colors,
and other attributes in order to find the combination that works best for
their particular needs.

Min bar insert the word be before able.
