Current draft in table format

Hi! In case it's useful to you, here's the table version of http://www.w3.org/WAI/UA/2010/ED-IMPLEMENTING-UAAG20-20100920/, as converted by my StandardToHTML.pl tool. I'm attaching it as both the raw HTML produced by the tool, and as pasted into nicely formatted OpenOffice.org (OpenDocument Format) and Excel spreadsheets. You'll probably want to hide several of the columns; I normally do.

Unfortunately, we haven't yet implemented any way of tracking an entry (principle, guideline, success criterion, note, etc.) across renumbering and renaming, so it'll be difficult to preserve all the test results and other comments kept in spreadsheets this way. Ideally we should assign every paragraph a unique ID number, perhaps to be replaced when it's subject to substantial (as opposed to merely editorial) edits.

     Greg
