In some countries, the term "subtitle" is used to refer to dialogue only and "captions" is used as the term for dialogue plus...

<KFord> SH: If there's consensus we can really just move on and just acknowledge the consensus in the minutes.

<KFord> JS: We should assume people are unable to see the survey so should at least make the results visible in the minutes.

<KFord> JA: My concern was if we are taking up too much time on the ones we have agreement on?

<KFord> JS: I think it is a minute each.

<KFord> MH: Is there any way in the survey tool to get people who are not responding to ask why?

<KFord> JA: I think this is more a partisipation issue in general.

<KFord> A bit more discussion. Group seems to think going through isn't bad.

<KFord> JA: Simon mentioned on the list that we have 33 open issues. We should go through them in a list.
