Following on from a point Peter made in the Wiki ("Maybe this checkpoint
[3.4] should be titled with something to the effect of "Toggle
executable content,")...
Just some ideas...
Toggle rendering of non-test content.
- covers blinking text, video, animations, etc.
- potentially dynamic things could be given a higher priority than
static images, etc.
Toggle rendering of audio content.
- covers audio, audio tracks, etc.
Toggle execution of programmatic content.
- covers applets, Javascript, etc.
Toggle launching secondary user agents.
- Peter's idea from the call that User Agents could be configured not to
call plugins etc.
