My Action Item:

ACTION: KF to Send 1f text
f. Address the balance between customizations complexity and
streamlining (profiles)

Proposed:
Provide more clarity around requirements that call for configurability
to satisfy a checkpoint such that a user can more easily configure the
user agent to meet accessibility needs and reduce the number of
customizations that are required.
