seems to be hardware specific. if we assume reading with mouse or cursor as
touching the content, can a user explore/read content without activating a

7.2 respect input configuration conventions

remove 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 (related to DOM) ? is  DOM access necessary

8.2 Ability to operate controls with tremor or spasmodic movements without

said, the current mapping covers nearly any interaction with the content.
