Re: User Agent Teleconference for April 12 2007

My thoughts on the requirements document:

- Maybe change "access system friendly" to "access system interoperable".

- Rephrase "Address the balance between customizations complexity and 
streamlining (profiles)" as "Address the balance between the potential 
for customization and the complexity this may cause."

- Combine 2a and 2b to produce:

Consider modularizing the UAAG 2.0 document such that "basic" browser 
capabilities are clear (i.e. features for people needing some 
accessibility support, but who do not use assistive technologies), while 
also addressing voice browsers, speech input, etc. that while important 
might be implemented by assistive technologies or browser extensions

- In 2c "relevant" to "relevant as possible"

- Also "Whys and whats" section seems unnecessary
